Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Peaceful Christmas

Paper-Pumpkin-Possibilities-Bloghop

Hello, Hello!

It’s the last Tuesday of the month…therefore it is time for the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! This hop is full of alternate ideas by many talented Demonstrators for our fun monthly Paper Pumpkin kits! The kits are always so gorgeous and Paper Pumpkin comes up with some amazing projects for them…we are going to show you how to extend the kit or use it differently if you so choose. Get ready to hop on through all the demonstrators in the hop because there are so many fantastic ideas ahead! Comments are appreciated! If you just came from my friend, Deb Naylor, Thank You for continuing to hop along!

When I first opened this kit, it took my breath away! The papers are gorgeous and the cards are stunning! How do I create an alternate when I love what they designed?! Here are the 2 cards as designed by Paper Pumpkin!

October 2021 kit originals

I typically like to use what I can from the kit for as long as possible before bringing in outside supplies. Today, I was able to accomplish that! I just used the skeleton from the vellum trees, stamped the trees on the reverse side, then laid it in the center of the card. Ok, 1 thing was actually added…I forgot…I embossed the base card with the Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing folder (oops, that’s not in the kit!)

I then cut off an inch strip from the red tissue paper and folded it back and forth over itself to create a sort of ribbon look. I put that behind the gray wood panel piece and over the vellum tree skeleton. I stamped with the Shaded Spruce on the label and used dimensionals behind it.
