Hello, Hello!
So happy to have you here!
Welcome to another Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! Our kit this month is called Here’s to You! In the blog hop you will encounter many Demonstrators who love to share alternate projects for this kit! We love to think outside the box and create something new and fun! You’ll get tons of inspiration from these amazing ladies! If you came here from Darla Watson’s page, Thank you for continuing on! Make sure you keep on hopping through using the Next button as there are 13 amazing ladies showcasing their alternate projects.
In this kit we have 2 different cards and 4 of each design. I always make one of everything the kit is designed to make and then I go where the inspiration takes me. Here are the 2 cards I made on my Paper Pumpkin Playdate fb LIVE on Monday mornings @ 8:30am MT.
Then, I look at what else is in the kit. Since it is Paper Pumpkin’s birthday this month, they gave us some bonus ingredients! We got a sponge and 4 stencils! Very cool! I cut the sponge into 8 pieces to use for various colors instead of just one.
When I opened this kit for the first time and saw the mountains, I knew a scrapbook page was in my future for this kit! Living “next door” to Glacier National Park, I love taking pictures of the stunning scenery! Of course, they are all on my phone or computer and need to be printed out…but a page has been made and the pictures will be printed!
I used the fun envelope inserts as my matting behind the Seaside Spray matting. I used the stencils to make the clouds and the sun (still need to practice with that one) and the trees were done with the stamp using the stamping off technique of inking once and stamping a few times before inking again. Helps give dimension to the forest. I used the Stitched so Sweetly dies for the title frame and the Playful Alphabet dies for the letters. I did them on the foam adhesive sheets. I used the linen thread from the kit to wrap around the bottom of the page.
What do you think? Need to keep practicing with those stencils, I know. Can’t wait to find the perfect pictures from Glacier to put on it!

Amazing scrapbook page layout. Love the way you have created the beautiful background and incorporated the liner to matte your photo mattes. Thanks for sharing.
