Hello, Hello!
So glad to be back to blogging after a month of battling Covid. I am happy to report that I WON! Doc says it could take another month or 2 to get my energy back, but I am definitely doing way better than I was around Thanksgiving.
It is the end of the month and that means it is time for another Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop with some very fun and talented demonstrators. We are a group of Paper Pumpkin lovers and we like to share alternates we make with supplies from the kit, with maybe a few other supplies from our stash as well. If you are joining me from the lovely Deb Naylor, thank you for hopping on! Make sure you keep hopping, there are more after me!
This month our kit was called Beary Comforting and here are the cards made as per the directions:
They are super cute and there is a good chance I just make most of them as they are designed, besides today’s alternate! The only stamping was the sentiments. Quick and easy this month!
For my alternate I wanted to use more of the stamp set. I love the bear and plan to use him for many more cards! I also saw a You Tube video from Jessica of Stamp A Blessing where she made a kleenex box. I loved it! I took that idea and went in a similar but different direction, kinda…
and then inside is where the cute bear is..
.
What do you think? Cute, huh? I may have to make a few more to use up the rest of the striped envelope that I cut up. The only things I used that were not in the kit was Rich Razzleberry cardstock for the base, Soft Suede ink & cardstock for the bear, and a kleenex torn to fit front and inside. Everything else was from extras in the kit.
And that is it for me today! It is time for you to hop on over to Charmane Hopkins’ blog and see what fun alternate she came up with!
Thank you for reading and taking this crafting journey with me! It’s nice to have you along! Enjoy your own Stampin’, Scrappin’, and Craftin’ journey! Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts about this project. Feel free to CASE my projects and share them in the comments below! I love to see what others create!
Blessings, June
