GSF Blog Hop – Happy NEW Year

Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop

Hello, Hello!

Welcome to another Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop! It is the first Friday of the first month of the New Year!! Wowza! I trust you all are having a spectacular start to 2022! We are getting TONS of snow! Yippee!

I love hopping along with these wonderful demonstrators from around the world! Truly talented ladies! Are you ready to see what we created? Then read on!

Our theme today is NEW YEAR! Well, I don’t have anything for the actual New Year’s celebration…but I do have new product from the NEW Spring Mini and am gearing up for the next “holiday”…Valentine’s Day! So, for my Adventure Awaits Hostess Club, I created a fun 3D card using the Sweet Talk Bundle.

SWEET TALK SUITE COLLECTION (ENGLISH)

It’s a fun project, but very detail oriented and there was some fussy cutting involved, so it takes awhile to make it. Yet, all so worth it and the delight to receiver feels is also worth it! I think I will make a few more! This is such a cute bundle of products! I’m fully in love!

Here is how the card looks when folded flat for mailing. The card measures about 6.5 x 6.5, so I’ll be making an envelope for it using the retired Envelope Maker. Wish they would bring that back!

Here is the card from all 3 sides…

Hint: I used the acetate from the photopolymer stamps after putting them into the case and laying the flimsy plastic back over the stamps to protect them from dust. Then I cut it in strips to make it look like the hearts are floating.   side view of card   Sweet Talk Bundle used to make 3D pop up box card

And I just realized I forgot to do a picture of the back…I used Basic White cardstock and glued it down over the ribbon to help hold it in place. That’s where i stamped some hearts and will write my message.

If you would like more information on how to get into the Adventure Awaits Hostess Club, or take a separate class for making this card, please email me June@Junebug-Creations.com

That is it for me today! I trust you enjoy the short hop through to the other demonstrators! Now it is time for you to hop on over to Kimberley Ann Morris’ site and see what fun creation she has for us!
