Hello, Hello!
It is the last Tuesday of the month (WHAT?!? July is almost gone already?) that means it is time for the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! Yippee! I love hopping with these talented Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators! We all love our monthly Paper Pumpkin kits and we love to show you ways to extend the kit and create even more projects with what comes in your box. Sometimes we add a few extra products and other times we just use what is in the box in a different way than the instructions show. Either way, it’s all about having fun while creating projects for your delight and ours!
This month’s kit is called The Adventure Begins. I was thinking it might have something to do with hiking and the outdoors and was pleasantly surprised that it included camping! I love camping, do you??
When I opened this kit on Monday morning and saw the cards, it made me think of our trek on Big Mountain Sunday when we went Huckleberry picking! The colors are almost the same! Sadly, the view is smokey due to the fires, but it was still a fun day on the mountain!
Here is what the original cards look like
All I did this time around was change out the back grounds. So, instead of having tri-fold cards, I now have regular cards.
Let’s have a closer look at the originals vs the alternates.
Alternate on the left…
Alternate on the right…
Alternate on the left…
So, what do you think? It works, right? Super simple, super fast, and super fun! And I only used what was in the box!
Now off you go to Janey’s blog to see what fun alternate she came up with! Enjoy!
Thank you for reading and taking this crafting journey with me! It’s nice to have you along! Enjoy your own Stampin’, Scrappin’, and Craftin’ journey! Please leave a comment and let me know your thoughts about this project. Feel free to CASE my projects and share them in the comments below! I love to see what others create!
Blessings, June
