PPP Blog Hop – World’s Greatest

Howdy!

It is that time of the month when we explore the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities for our kits by hopping along with these talented demonstrators to see what alternates they have created!

If you are coming from Cheryl Hamilton’s blog, then Thank You for continuing to hop with us!

This month’s kit was titled World’s Greatest and as always, I made one of each of the kit’s designs.

When I first opened the kit, the stamp set was upside down and so the ribbon looked like a milk jug to me. Then I realized it was the ribbon for the medal. And it still looked like a milk jug…so I made it a milk jug! 🙂

I really love how it turned out!! How about you?

I used one of the white cards and sponged it with the Mint Macaron and Bumblebee to tie it into the negative that I used as my frame. I also sponged the frame more to make the colors softer. I used the edges of the dimensionals to adhere the frame to the card. I used the Sprig punch to punch out some of the gold paper and then I sponged the vellum leaves and berries with Mint Macaron and Blackberry Bliss. I stamped the jug in Soft Suede and fussy cut it out. I used dimensionals for the jug and glue dots for the leaves and branches and for the linen bow on the front of the milk jug.

That’s it for me today! Short and sweet! Now it is time for you to hop on over to my friend Darla Roberts’ blog and see what fantastic alternate she came up with!
